Followed by a mindful masterclass of tea blending by Hackney Herbal.
You will be guided through the properties of a range of culinary, medicinal and wild herbs and taught how to combine them into unique
blends . You’ll get to blend and taste your own creations during the class , as well as make a pack of herbal tea that you can take home.

Our greatest issue is our separation from Self! Manifesting unity and oneness in the world begins with becoming one with our Self. The tremendous empowerment resulting from it impacts enormously on the world. Being ourselves is therefore our challenge and action, this is 5D consciousness in action.
If you have answered “yes” to any of these then this six week course is for you!Throughout the course, we will explore Gentle Somatic Yoga techniques as we focus on the “core”. We will examine how to really feel and move from the centre of the body, and how to release tension and muscular discomfort throughout the body by working from the core, out.
Working with Hanna Somatic techniques and some gentle yoga techniques we will learn how to find a wider range of movement and stability along the spine, and increase our awareness and control.
This is an open level course and there will be options for all abilities. No prior experience of Somatics or Yoga is required. Please note there is no drop-in option.

Spend 6 weeks opening up the hips, loosening the hamstrings and finding length and strength in your lower limbs. This is an ideal series of classes for runners, cyclists and those who want to get the legs moving. Focusing on the lower limbs we will be using Gentle Somatic Yoga to reduce stress and tension and find greater mobility and flexibility. During this course you will learn Hanna Somatic techniques and some gentle yoga techniques that combat these areas to teach you how to find wider range of movement, more mobility and stability in the joints and more awareness and control of movement.
This is an open level course and there will be options for all abilities. No prior experience of Somatics or Yoga is required.
This class will consist of a 1 hour, 45 minute Restorative AROMA YOGA session followed by a 30 minute class on the oils used. Replenish your sense of health and self with some nurturing and nourishing movement.
