Hannah was first drawn to yoga 10 years ago following a significant bereavement, after her first lesson she became more and more inquisitive. Feeling the benefits, physically, mentally and emotionally, her practice became daily.
After 15 years working as a Nurse supporting people with both mental and physical chronic health conditions and through her own yoga journey, she became passionate about the holistic benefits of yoga within healthcare and knew this was the missing link in her perspective of an integrated health approach.
She completed her training in London with Yoga on the Lane, London. Since then, she has been teaching weekly in various locations including higher education, community centres and gyms.
Hannah’s passion is based on the evidence that Yoga can help to reduce stress, inflammation and help to nurture emotional balance through increased self-awareness, promoting the physiological stress responses. Hannah believes that yoga is a tool for health and well being sustainability and can be accessible for everyone.
