Registered Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach DipION, mBANT, CNHC
Rivkah will help you to focus on improving your personal wellbeing one step at a time, supporting you in feeling energised, calm and in control of your life.
Your individuality is at the heart of the work you will do together – there’s no ‘one size fits all’ when it comes to nutritional therapy. Together, you will focus on what makes you special – your unique history, genetics, diet, lifestyle and environment – to find a solution that works for you.
In 2012 Rivkah was working in advertising, constantly on the go and feeling completely disconnected from herself. She ignored the warning signs until she suffered complete physical, mental and emotional burnout. With the resulting onset of Type 1 Diabetes and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome / Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (CFS/ME), Rivkah began to discover the dramatic effect that nutrition and lifestyle can have on physical and mental health.
As a Nutritional Therapist, Rivkah works as a bit of a health detective to get to the root cause of your health problems and may use functional testing and supplements, in addition to dietary and lifestyle changes. She finds that the best way to support clients is over a period of time, which is why she offers consultation packages. Her packages usually last ten weeks but this is negotiable and prices are dependent on how much of her support you need.
Rivkah offers a FREE 30-minute Exploratory Session – which includes:
- Exploring your current health situation and where you’d like to be
- Gaining valuable health advice which you can implement straight away
- Identifying the most suitable package for you
- Discovering if the two of you are a good fit!
She is a member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT), the professional body for Registered Nutritional Therapists, and she is registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), the government’s regulatory body.
