Pregnancy is one of the most sacred and miraculous experiences in life. Pregnancy yoga can help Mother’s to be in infinite ways. Classes are taught in the beautiful and cosy Clerkenwellbeing studios with a focus on breath, connection with baby and your own body, physical asanas/postures for strength and flexibility, and always end with a gorgeous dollop of relaxation to revive your hard working body. I consider it an honour and blessing to teach pregnancy yoga and bring a lot of love to my classes and treat you like the Queen that you are!

Think of traditional yoga postures blended with your own life breath and you’ve got hatha flow, a class as individual as you are. Trained in hatha by a restorative teacher I focus on alignment, strength and flexibility. You are welcome to challenge yourself while respecting your boundaries. Yoga is wonderful for cross training and I blend my varied yogic experiences into a well balanced hatha class that moves with the breath, that moves with you. Come down to use your body and have a great time, it’s yoga and it’s all good.
