Followed by a full Yin Yoga class; giving you the choice and opportunity for an extended practice; allowing for truly deeply Mindful, Nourishing, and Releasing experience, a perfect way to start your week!

Nourishing & Restoring
Summer Time invites us to harness this seasons energy, to go outside and be be more active, getting up earlier, sleeping later, enjoying the longer, warmer, sunnier days with family and friends; whilst it’s also easy to over extend ourselves with yet more things to ‘tick off’ on that never ending ‘to do list’.
This constant ‘doing’ with exaggerated Yang energy at this time of year, can often leave us feeling exhausted, dehydrated and literally burnt out!
But with a regular nourishing and balancing Yoga practice, we may replenish our energy, bring back harmony, resulting in a sense of overall Wellbeing in Body, Mind and Spirit; enabling us to embrace the Summer more fully and move forward into this second half of the year with greater Stability, Clarity, Confidence and Ease… returning home to the True You!
