Let’s make 2020 the year of togetherness. With Valentines day fast approaching, what better way of celebrating the union with your partner than through yoga. While giving traditional “Valentine’s flowers” or a romantic dinner is a nice way to show your love, bringing yoga into your relationship is a fun way of deepening your own “union”.
There is no reason why couples cannot attend classes together and indeed there are many yoga students who will tell you that a shared, life long interest in yoga has been a great source of mutual joy. You could either buy a bundle for your partner or even better buy two bundles one for each of you. This could be a source of mutual strength and companionship for years to come.
For those of us who may not currently in a relationship with a significant other, this may be a good time to look at our relationship with ourselves and/or our nearest or dearest. Working on self love and healthy relationships with family and friends is a good foundation for a happy life.
We have classes to meet all tastes, if you have been working hard then “restorative yoga” may be the thing for you, or if you need something more energetic then we have “Vinyasa flow” classes or for something a little more thoughtful we have “Scaravelli Inspired” yoga.
For a limited period ( up to the 16th of February), as a tribute to couples everywhere,
We are offering our class packages at discount prices:
