Carolyn has been practising yoga for more than ten years. She trained as a teacher on the two year London Teacher Training course which is founded on the teachings and yoga of Vanda Scaravelli )author of Awakening the Spine) and Mary Stewart, two teachers whose approach to yoga emphasises the relationship between gravity, breath and the spine.
By paying close attention to the body as it is now we can find a deep awareness which allows us the space to breathe more freely and release the tensions of everyday living.
