Rosanna began practising yoga almost a decade ago, but it was during a period of transition that her practice deepened and she discovered Inner Yoga through the teacher Mel Softley in North London. Yoga was a means of finding space, restfulness and calm alongside life’s challenges whilst encouraging inner strength and resilience.
Her Teacher Training with the Inner Yoga Trust was part of a cultivation of this new and profound relationship with her body and of
developing awareness through movement.
Rosanna’s classes focus on gentle restorative postures; helping students to release tension and move with greater ease. They are suitable for all but especially people who are new to Yoga and those experiencing chronic stress, tension or back pain.
