Hannah trained with Bridget Woods Kramer, Ananda Leone and Carlos Pomeda in Bali in 2017, and subsequently travelled around Bali, South America and Central America teaching yoga and exploring other spiritual practices and traditions. Her training was in Anusara Yoga, a branch of Hatha yoga that uniquely integrates deep spiritual teachings and precise principles of alignment into the physical asana practice.
Her initial interest in yoga was sparked at the young age of 15; she experienced the magic through attending classes with her mother and from then on decided to deepen herknowledge of not only the asana practice, but the history and philosophy of yoga too. She tries to incorporate these all-important traditions and beliefs into her classes and workshops where possible, and also into her daily life.
Hannah’s classes combine elements of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga; expect a creative and meditative flow, moving with breath and coupled with a strong focus on alignment. Hannah also loves to practice and teach Yin and restorative yoga, which she tends to focus on in her smaller group workshops. She will always give time to stillness and silence, restoring your body and mind before you step off the mat.
