Mira has been addicted to movement since a young age. After having a child she left her 9/5 job and retrained as a Pilates Mat teacher and Life coach. Her soul’s divine purpose is helping people feel good inside and out.
Mira’s Pilates will help you relieve back pain, strengthens your core and makes you feel stronger and more alive. If you are having a sedentary job and feel stiff- this is the class for you.
Her classes emphasise on the micro movements with great detail, making sure each and every muscle has moved and the whole-body workout is present. You will work on bettering your posture, strength and stamina while having fun.
Mira is tough and fun at the same time and really enjoys when people progress and feel the change that Pilates brings to their bodies.
She is currently teaching across Central London studios, as well as corporate and private clients.
