This 6-week course is perfect for beginners who would like to start their practice and to understand more about yoga and for anyone who would like to revisit the foundation of yoga.
Each week will based on a different theme, you will learn the basics of yoga, including postures, breathing, alignment, using props, some understanding of yoga philosophy. It is a workshop-style course, which means you will have time to learn and understand. Each session integrates what you learnt from previous weeks.
After completing the course, you will have a deeper the knowledge of yoga, feel more confident in practicing and going to group classes.
Billy is a British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) and Yoga Alliance accredited teacher. He has been practicing yoga for over 13 years in various styles. He has completed the 390 hours two-year teacher training diploma and subsequently trained in restorative yoga.
