Nicki started practising yoga to balance the demands of a hectic career. It wasn’t long before she realised the benefits of yoga far outweighed the mere physical realm and found herself quitting her job and travelling to India to complete an intensive training programme and has never looked back! Nicki is qualified in the Ashtanga Vinyasa tradition, but her style embraces her love and passion for other styles including Vinyasa flow, Hatha & Jivamukti; and these are embraced in her sequencing.
Nicki’s classes blend Eastern philosophy with a healthy dose of Western, the science bit. From yoga anatomy to pranayama work and meditation, Nicki loves how the ancient system of yoga can be practically applied to modern living. She’s a firm believer that there’s a yoga out there for every body.

Nicki’s classes are ideal for those who want to build strength, de-stress and tone muscle. Classes include a short meditation and/or savasana.
All levels welcome, no experience necessary as modifications and adjustments are given. Expect a warm welcome in a non-competitive environment.
