Pippa initially trained as a professional dancer graduating back in 2009. After getting injured and missing the discipline of the daily ballet classes she was used to, Pippa attended her first yoga class hoping to find something similar.
Fast forward 10 years and yoga had become a huge part of Pippa’s life. Having suffered from severe anxiety and a horrid panic disorder, she realised the healing power that exercise, good food, yoga and meditation can bring to one’s mental health. She trained to teach yoga in order to share this passion with others.
Pippa believes in living a life full of love, joy and gratitude; free of judgement. These feelings inform and guide her teaching, helping her students better connect to themselves, with others and with the world around them. Pippa’s classes thoroughly work all parts of the body and offer a challenging practice, with specific focus on alignment and breath, whilst still allowing space for fun and innovation.

Testimonials
“Pippa is just a gorgeous teacher. Her flows have the perfect balance of being challenging and sweaty, but also fun. She is perfect for teaching all levels and is great at breaking down bigger or more advanced movements so they are easy to move into…I did the best dancer’s pose of my life with her!”

“Pippa’s classes leave me both calm but energised! My body feels invigorated from the physicality of the practice, but my mind is calmer from the focus Pippa encourages. Pippa teaches in a way that gives room for everyone to grow, but without any judgement. Her passion shines through in her teaching and is infectious. I always leave with a sense of achievement.”
