Sarah is a Vinyasa flow teacher and has been practising yoga for 17 years. Her classes allow students to connect breath, body and mind on a deep, intuitive level.Her classes encourage students to find integration and stability in their bodies through intelligent sequencing and safe alignment.She believes that yoga is far more than making shapes and encourages students to find a safe expression of each pose that works for their body and practice.
Sarah has a psychotherapeutic background and is passionate about the supportive effects of a yoga practice for mental health.
Pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation and yoga philosophy are important parts of Sarah’s own practice and she weaves them into classes to allow students to experience the transformative effects of the practice. Sarah also teaches restorative and beginners yoga.
