Zuzana has been practicing various styles of yoga for over 10 years and it was in 2016 when she decided to take her practice further and train as a Yoga Teacher.
Zuzana is very passionate about yoga and loves how her practice leaves her feeling energised, calm and peaceful all at the same time – elements she is committed to bringing to all her teachings.
She encourages compassion, patience and kindness and believes that everything else will follow.
Zuzana trained in Ashtanga Yoga with Inspira Yoga with Mark Ansari, Raquel Salvador and Sarah Highfield and fully qualified in May 2017. Additionally, she completed her Yin Yoga training with Norman Blair.
She is a 200hour Registered Yoga Teacher and teaches Vinyasa Flow yoga with Ashtanga components blended in, as well as Yin Yoga, at both beginners and intermediate levels. She is accredited and registered with Yoga Alliance USA and is fully insured.
Zuzana places emphasis on pranayama and relaxation as well as meditation and integrates them into her teachings.
She understands that yoga is a very personal journey and encourages patience and compassion. She is a firm believer that yoga is for everybody and every body.
She aspires for anyone attending yoga sessions with her to experience the positive benefits from their own practice, to leave the session feeling energised and invigorated, relaxed and filled with bliss, and most of all, to have fun with yoga.
Zuzana also holds Reiki 1 and Reiki 2 qualification.
